This Hispano-Suiza K6 is powered by 5.184 cc overhead-valve inline six-cylinder engine designed by Marc Birkigt, which produces around 120 bhp. Three-speed manual transmission, solid axle suspension with semi-elliptic springs and four-wheel servo-assisted mechanical drum brakes makes from K6 high quality car favoured by many premier coachbuilders.
Our car, chassis 15027, was delivered in 1933 to Mr. Duval-Lemonier of Normandy, well known wholesale businessman, which later in 50’s marged with P.A. Halley and giving rise to giant Promodés. In 1999, P.L. Halley announced the merger between the groups Promodés and Carrefour making the biggest retail group in Europe and the second in the world (after Walmart).
This very original Limousine is made by well known French coachbuilder, the Carrosserie Vanvooren. It is in a great running condition with all original body and interior details and with lovely patina.
The car is located in our showroom and in case of interest or questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
